THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Success Representative to our Partnerships team in the US! 

We are seeking an experienced Partner Success Representative to manage and maintain our relationships with key partners. The primary objective of this position is to enhance partner engagement and retention by identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic support. The successful candidate will support partner integration, negotiate contract terms, and develop strategies to improve partner success and their processes. This role requires excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and provide a seamless partner experience.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners. Supports partner integration processes and ensures a seamless experience. Negotiate renewal contract terms, exclusivity, and pricing changes with partners. 
  • Investigate, develop, and implement strategies to improve partner retention and success. Collect and analyze data to measure partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle partner inquiries through Zendesk, and collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and ensure a positive partner experience. Actively share insights and best practices with internal departments to improve collaboration and product expertise organization-wide.
  • Ensure that all partners profiles are in compliance with the required standards and reflect accurately on the platform.
  • Create and manage reports to share insights. Monitor partner performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve savings and other objectives.
  • Document key learnings and outcomes from projects and partner reachouts to inform future strategy and planning.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in client facing roles, and partner account management, with a track record of success in retaining and growing partner relationships or similar business development roles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, driven by a competitive nature, focused on achieving business objectives
  • Outstanding phone presence, with a strong ability to make multiple phone calls, and send multiple emails per day to drive results. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to oversee projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing a seamless partner experience.
  • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, numbers-driven environment
  • Hunger to grow your career and tackle new challenges with a clear desire to have a big impact on Wellhub
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to evolving departments/roles, able to take on new challenges as they become delegated to the position

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $54,572 - $68,215. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

PAID TIME OFF: It’s to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)
