THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Marketing Associate to our Marketing team in London

As a Partner Marketing Associate in the UK, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to build and maintain a unique and compelling partner network for our clients and end users. 

Your primary focus will be to support the European Partnerships team in signing, launching and driving the growth of strategic fitness and wellness Partners. This will include supporting the development of our Partner Value Proposition and implementing this across key marketing touchpoints, including sales materials (one pagers, presentations, landing pages etc), user and client communications and also supporting the planning and execution of industry expos and events.

This role also involves working with our parallel marketing teams across User Growth, PR, Social Media, B2B Marketing, Product Marketing and Wellbeing Engagement to plan and implement campaigns for partner launches and ongoing strategic partner promotions. As part of this, you will be pivotal in developing and evolving the campaigns, processes and tools to drive partner growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Partner or B2B marketing, proven relationship and project management skills, and an understanding and passion for the fitness and wellness market.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Implement the Partner Value Prop: Implement key messaging to attract and engage Wishlist partners eg by developing compelling sales materials such as one pagers, case studies, presentations, videos.
  • Support market positioning: Work with our corporate communication and partnerships teams to identify and implement key media opportunities to present Wellhub effectively to the fitness and wellness industry.
  • Own the GTM strategy for new Partner launches: Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive partner awareness and growth (new users) with parallel marketing teams when we launch new partners.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report out on the success of the activities you are responsible for, using KPIs like user growth, lead generation and campaign performance data.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the partnerships, marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive collective success.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Marketing expertise: 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing or digital marketing, with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate goals, campaigns, and strategies to partners and internal teams
  • Interpersonal skills and relationship management: Nurturing long-term relationships and building trust with partners and internal stakeholders through regular, meaningful communication and engagement
  • Project and time management: Managing timelines, responsibilities, and expectations across multiple partners and stakeholders. Balancing multiple partnerships and campaigns at different stages of development
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate change, whether it’s shifting market dynamics, new partner needs, or internal re-alignments
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with teams across marketing and partnerships organizations
