THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Fitness Partnerships Senior Manager to our Partner Success team in Germany with a focus on key account management!
The Fitness Partnerships Senior Manager will partner and build relationships with key fitness partner organizations by establishing and cultivating partnerships with decision-makers in the industry, including large gym chains.
YOUR IMPACT
- Build and manage long-term relationships with large partner gym chains in Germany, focusing on key decision-makers.
- Develop these partnerships and conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and ensure effective handover. Collaborate with the Integration team to ensure seamless partner system integration.
- Consistently achieve OKR objectives and key performance indicators. Lead contract renewals and renegotiations to improve partnership terms and operational support.
- Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways to connect and build out your relationships with potential partners and share best practices across the team.
- Perform data analysis to show the value of Wellhub partnerships to key partners through data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate internally at Wellhub with our Client Success, Marketing, Operational, Finance, and Legal teams to increase the value of our network of partners for corporate clients/users
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction

WHO YOU ARE
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is required
- 6+ years of sales experience, partner or key account management experience preferably in a key account/sales environment
- You have demonstrated the ability to use strategic/consultative selling skills. Comfortable contacting and facilitating business relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent German language skills and very good English language skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven, recognizing and providing the right information to our partners.
- Able to travel regionally up to 30% of the time
- Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, and Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Outstanding phone presence and willingness to make multiple phone, email contacts, and visits per day
- Hunger to grow your career and tackle new challenges with a clear desire to have a big impact on Wellhub Germany’s revenue and gym partners set!
- Experience selling into gyms in the fitness, health, and or wellness industry is a plus
