Your Role:

We're seeking enthusiastic and flexible Assistant Teachers dedicated to working with children aged 0-12 years old. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to enroll in our fully sponsored Montessori training course, empowering you to grow both personally and professionally.

This full-time position offers competitive hourly rates ranging from $20 to $24, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.

About You:

Previous experience working with children in the early years
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid negative TB test obtained within the last 12 months (prior to start date)
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
A growth mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic about enrolling in our fully sponsored Montessori training program
