We are hiring a passionate and certified Lead Toddler Guide (Teacher) to nurture children aged 2-3 in a Montessori environment designed for independence, exploration, and growth.
Your Role
As a Lead Guide, you will:
- Carefully prepare an engaging environment that fosters independence
- Offer individualized support, guiding children through activities and practical life skills
- Cultivate confidence and self-reliance in every child
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best care for each child
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in either English or French
- EU citizen
- Montessori diploma (0-3 years)
- Experience working with children aged 0-3 in group settings
- Passion for child-led education
