We are hiring a passionate and certified Lead Toddler Guide (Teacher) to nurture children aged 2-3 in a Montessori environment designed for independence, exploration, and growth.

Your Role

As a Lead Guide, you will:

Carefully prepare an engaging environment that fosters independence
Offer individualized support, guiding children through activities and practical life skills
Cultivate confidence and self-reliance in every child
Collaborate with parents to ensure the best care for each child

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in either English or French
EU citizen
Montessori diploma (0-3 years)
Experience working with children aged 0-3 in group settings
Passion for child-led education
