About the Role:

  • Design, document, and communicate secure, scalable architectures for a cloud-based digital health platform with web and mobile user interfaces, data analytics backend, and multiple hardware device integrations.
  • Deliver and champion the architectural vision while working within an agile environment.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology frameworks.
  • Foster a spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in design and code reviews.
  • Mentor and assist in training

 

About You:

  • Masters / PhD in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or similar field.
  • 10+ years working experience in software development
  • 5+ years working experience as a software architect in either, Software as a Medical device (SaMD) development or Digital health software development
  • High volume systems and event driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases 
  • Experience and knowledge of Scrum and Agile tools. JIRA and Atlassian tools experience is a plus
