Our team is looking for a committed Product Manager to help shape the future of Glooko and its digital health products and services whilst closely collaborating with our product designers, software engineers, data scientists, and clinical experts.
This is an exciting role for a seasoned professional in our product management team. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to direct our efforts in crafting a new generation of data-driven mobile products for diabetes management. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the products you are working on as well as a high degree of autonomy.
A key to the success of this role is to develop a deep understanding of both organizational objectives and users' needs to help shape and execute our product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain customer accounts as requested by Commercial
- Own cooperation between CS and Engineering to ensure manufacturing, refurbishments and stock replenishment are being handled on time.
- Order handling
- Shipment handling: bookings, proforma invoices, track & trace
- In collaboration with Commercial, forecasting customer demand for hardware
- Ensure relevant stock levels of own hardware, trading goods and marketing assets
- Keep SLAs for account management and shipments
- Replacements/returns
- Maintain existing SOPs/WIs and update them to match current processes
- Train colleagues on logistics processes
- Drive improvements to logistics and supply chain
- Project management logistics projects
- Provide monthly logistics statistics
Qualifications:
- University Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience from customer support, logistics and/or order handling.
- Genuine interest in people and technology
- Super-user skills with Mac and PC OS, Android, iOS
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Empathetic mindset and a builder of strong relationships
- Genuine team player with service minded and analytical mindset
- Ability to simplify complex information into understandable messages
- Excited by working in an international environment
