We are looking for Comptable Général/Senior Accountant to join our team international team!
About the Role:
- Responsible for accounting for our french entity - Glooko SAS
- Ensure accounting is aligned with requirements and legalisation
- Responsible for reporting and payments to tax and social insurance authorities (including VAT)
- Manage the daily/monthly operations including but not limited to:
- general ledger/accounts payable/receivable
- invoicing
- cash management
- reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Travel & expense management
- Responsible for monthly payroll administration and reporting
- Keep up to date on rules and regulations related to job
- Developing and improving routines within Finance focusing on continuous improvement
- Support other finance team member and other ad hoc tasks within finance
About you:
- Have a relevant advanced degree or similar/relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting
- Positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to independently identify and implement improvements
- Outstanding numerical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficient knowledge in Excel
