The finance team at Glance is a tight knit group working to set up processes, frameworks and systems to help the business ride the next wave of rapid growth. What you will be doing?
As a Manager in the Business Finance team, you will be partnering with business leaders across the organization. This candidate would collaborate across the teams and work around deal modelling, Revenue tracking and strategies for Ads business.
Responsibilities:
- Deal modelling and analysis around unit economics of the business.
- Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with the business head.
- Commercial structuring and deal pricing for multiple lines of business.
- MIS for the business unit including the performance of tracking, incentives and other analytics which can help BU head to drive business.
- Report on variances from the established budget and the reasons for those variances
- Analyse Revenue and Cost data to find actionable insights that could lead to productive business decisions and new opportunities
- Actively participate and drive organizational initiatives both from a functional perspective (e.g. Forecast transformation) and business perspective (e.g. productivity drives)
- Working with IT/Revenue Operations/Controllership and group finance to define business requirements on new reporting
What do we expect?
- Master’s degree in finance or Chartered Accountant
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Finance.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Expert Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Superset Dashboards, Tableau.
- High Proficiency in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint & Sales Force.
- High level of integrity in dealing with highly confidential information and data
