Key Responsibilities: Manager - Logistics & Operations

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics sourcing team to achieve cost savings and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop systems to monitor breakages and ensure they remain within acceptable limits.

Logistics Issue Resolution:

  • Manage and resolve logistics-related issues, Firstmile and Lastmile SLA, Escalations, ensuring timely resolution of claims and cost recovery.
  • Implement strategies to prevent recurring logistics challenges.

LSP Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with LSPs to proactively identify potential disruptions and develop alternative solutions.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and automation within the logistics framework.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of shipments and ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners regarding performance, pricing, and onboarding new partners to enhance service quality.

Customer Focus:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and effective solutions to logistics challenges.
  • Ensure a safe and collaborative work environment, delegating tasks effectively within the team.

Dashboarding and Reporting:

  • Extract, analyze, and publish daily reports on key performance indicators and deliverables to stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 5 to 7 Years of Experience in Logistics Operation
  • Any bachelor Degree holder
  • MBA in Operation (Optional)
