 What will you be doing?

  • In this role, you will be leading operations and supply chain function for the company.
  • Managing all key fulfilment/service level metrics (order to delivery TAT, delivery %, cost/delivered)
  • Ensure day to day operations and managing Team leads and AMs across first mile, mid mile, last mile.
  • Manage external stakeholders like logistics partners/vendors and customers to ensure excellent customer service and lower overall cost to serve.
  • Work with stakeholders across product, custumer service team, finance and data team, as required.
  • Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills 

What is expected out of you?

  • Prior experience in Operations and Logistics in Ecommerce companies or D2C brands or 3PLs  (worked in B2C/ ecommerce segment).
  • Warehousing experience be an added advantage but not must to have.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel
  • Multiple Stakeholder management and team management
  • Should have handled a team of 15-20 members in the past
  • 8-12 years of logistics and operations experience (preferred 5 years post MBA)
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate from a reputed Engineering College or B-School, with supply chain experience across major ecommerce/D2C brands/ 3PLs (MBA preferred)
