Position Overview
We are looking to hire a FP&A Manager who will help in all the management reporting and take the reporting to next level by bringing in required insights into the business, automating the manual process etc. This is a very dynamic role where in lot of liaising would be required with accounting team, business team, Corp Dev, Digital Transformation team, BI team, etc. If you're excited to be part of a winning start-up team, make your next career move with us!
What you will be doing?
- We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Finance Manager to help build the finance organization in Glance. If you're excited to be part of a winning start-up team, make your next career move with us!
- As a leader in FP&A team in Glance, you will be responsible for driving and managing financial reporting, dashboarding, planning, forecasting and automation efforts. This role will help setup and drive activities for FP&A function and work closely across functions to manage allocations, timeliness, and integrity/accuracy of information shared with the business team. This role will also liaise with accounting teams to understand all metrics and key numbers being reported.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive the annual financial planning, quarterly P&L and Cash Flow forecasting, and Variance Analysis frameworks
- Design, automate, and optimize flexible FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment
- Partner with broader finance and business organization to deliver high-quality financial statements, close packages, including financial and operational metrics
- Maintain a documented system of FP&A reporting policies, allocation methodologies– and work with cross functional teams to ensure alignment
- Consolidate financials across Glance entities, and design visually appealing PowerBI views that surface right financial and operational metrics for management consumption
- Engage in cost analyses, commitments across infrastructure contracts, and reporting for all the key functions
- Actively assist in due diligences and audits; Collaborate with cross functional teams for M&A activities and Investor support (as needed)
- Drive process improvements - Review process bottlenecks and recommend changes
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Job skill requirement
- CA/MBA with at least 5-7 years of experience in FP&A function.
- Ability by drive discussions and do cross team collaboration.
- Experience with dashboarding technologies such as PowerBI preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to work and effectively communicate with leadership team
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, process design and decision-making skills
