The Opportunity

As an Account Manager you’ll connect with existing FreshBooks customers to ensure they are getting the most out of their experience with FreshBooks - you’ll find solutions, crunch the numbers, and demonstrate the value our solutions add to successful businesses. In addition, you are continuously building and growing your funnel in order to keep fueling your sales’ fire!

What you'll do:

  • Manage inbound leads generated from FreshBooks marketing efforts, our customers,
    and web properties
  • Work your funnel by making 40+ calls a day
  • Drive your funnel to meet and exceed your quotas
  • Conduct a consultative basic financial analysis on customer data to upsell and cross sell solutions
  • Work across departments to ensure proper and successful implementation

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding your quotas
  • Ability to physically attend in person meetings up to twice per month in the Downtown Toronto office.
  • A strong sense of ownership coupled with great adaptability
  • Ability to consistently find ways to meet and surpass your goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Preferred previous experience using Salesforce.com
  • Preferred previous training in a popular selling system (SPIN,Challenger Sales)
  • Preferred previous experience in SaaS - Financial and or Accounting Services
