The Opportunity – Marketing Specialist, Payments

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our customer base within our Payments line of business. As a valuable member, you will orchestrate multi-channel campaigns and refine customer journeys to foster growth. Working closely with senior team members, your responsibilities will span from crafting creative briefs to coordinating with marketing operations and web teams. You'll actively monitor campaign progress and collaborate with our analytics team to conduct A/B tests, deriving insights to enhance campaign efficacy. Additionally, your innovative spirit will be embraced as you contribute fresh ideas to elevate our Payments Marketing initiatives.

 

NOTE: This role is a 7-month contract role and can be worked remotely from the above location. 

 

What You'll Do as a Marketing Specialist

  • Help oversee omni-channel campaigns, from brief development to campaign deployment. This includes assisting with brief writing, creative and copy evaluation, stakeholder feedback, testing, monitoring results, and implementation of campaigns.
  • Support Senior Members of the Lifecycle team on a variety of tasks including - creative briefs, liaising with operations and web teams, monitoring of active campaigns and related tasks. 
  • Research and report on industry topics to support marketing initiatives.
  • Review and test all tactics – ensure that copy & creative is accurate, end-to-end member experience is as expected.
  • Compile and analyze campaign results to help measure success and to make recommendations that will influence upcoming campaigns.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of campaigns.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience, or business related fields
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Effective organization and communication skills.
  • Proficient in segmentation and targeting for direct communications.
  • Experience in compiling and reviewing results and analytics to make future program recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is a plus

 

You'll Stand Out If You Bring Experience In

  • Experience using Looker and SFMC
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • SEO / SEM marketing knowledge
