The Role:

The ForgeRock Partner Program Specialist is responsible for maintaining and executing Partner Programs for ForgeRock partners globally.  The primary aim for this role is to lead a cross-functional effort with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Management, Services, Customer Success, Solution Architects, and ForgeRock University teams to develop, and execute on the plan laid out by Partner Success leadership. Your experience in developing partner-ready projects and programs will enable you to rapidly provide value and measurably impact the success of the Partner Success organization and key strategic partners.



  • Responsible for supporting Partner Programs and Partner Operations in the management and delivery of custom enablement projects
  • Responsible for providing enablement support for their region
  • Provide operational assistance to the Senior Manager, Partner Programs & Operations including cover as required
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Enablement Program Trackers are kept up to date
  • Maintain and manage regional Partner Enablement projects including managing the design, delivery and implementation of Partner Success Programs.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to package and deliver partner-facing webinars.
  • Work closely with all cross-functional stakeholders
  • Handling all partner queries received from both internal and external sources; including webinar registrations and requests, certification, and accreditation questions.

Maintain impactful Partner Success projects 

  • Develop and deliver compelling enablement material with Subject Matter Experts to align marketing messages to sales solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive plans (communications, training, knowledge checks, etc.) to support knowledge retention and drive appropriate tool/resource usage.

Work closely with all cross-functional stakeholders

  • Work with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Solution Architects, and ForgeRock University on the launch of new products or releases.  
  • Deliver a regular cadence of communication and training activity for sales and technical partner talk-tracks, and materials to support the overall positioning of the ForgeRock product or solution.  

Enable partner access to impactful sales and technical content and tools

  • Build targeted / segmented partner contact lists and initiate appropriate regular communication channels to share information and updates.
  • Develop and leverage enablement templates to guide subject matter experts for the purpose of delivering regional events/workshops
  • Execute comprehensive plans (communications, training, knowledge checks, etc.) to support knowledge retention and drive appropriate tool/resource usage.

Monitor and maintain effective reporting including measurement of training adoption, and provide guidance on business impact, areas for improvement, and additional future projects

  • Build targeted / segmented partner contact lists and initiate appropriate regular communication channels to share information and updates.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience of working cross-functionally in a matrix-oriented, multinational environment with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Management, Sales Training/Development/Enablement within an organization. 
  • Demonstrated strong collaboration, communication and teamwork skills within a distributed team
  • Education - BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence
  • High communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, LMS (learning management systems), SmartSheet, PRM (partner relationship management) preferred
  • Relationship builder; dynamic, proactive, respected; good listener; values input and stimulates candid dialogue; positive attitude and a sense of humour; personally successful
  • Second language desirable, preferably French, German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Strong, persuasive speaking skills with an ability to influence at all levels
  • The ability to be self-motivated and directed
