You will:
Assist the DaVinci and PingOne engineering teams globally in a program management role.Manage the planning, tracking, and execution of software products and services.Lead crucial global initiatives, programs, and processes.Work with Engineering, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to foster collaboration.Oversee product JIRA dashboards, tracking injections and defects, and offer insights and recommendations to the leadership team.Identify areas for improvement and implement change management strategies.Report to the Director of Engineering Operations
You have:
Background in Engineering or Technical Program Management, operating across multiple functions.10+ years of program management experience in a software product company Experience in Identity and Access management domain, Networking, Security desirableProficient in analyzing and reporting on engineering KPI data.Flexible and open-minded, capable of adapting to rapid changes.Eager to learn and promote consistency among various teams.Skilled in innovating and enhancing engineering processes and frameworks to optimize performance.
You have an advantage if:
Your background includes roles in engineering management, engineering operations, and/or program management.You have proven experience in leading and executing global programs with large engineering teams.
