In this role, you will work closely with content producers, internal stakeholders such as the brand management and demand generation teams, international teams, and vendors to improve ForgeRock’s web presence and digital footprint across organic search platforms.
You are the product manager for our website. You will be responsible for improving our web presence with an emphasis on the effectiveness of our content and SEO. The role will report to the Head of Corporate Marketing and will work closely with content writers, marketing technology, paid search, and business leads from the demand generation team.
Day-to-day content management on the website including regular updates of the home page and other pages that reflect business activity (resources, blogs, product pages, etc.).
Responsibility for the content optimization and successful organic search ranking of the ForgeRock web properties.
Further develop our web strategy by first creating a rubric to evaluate the various aspects of our website using core success metrics such as visits, engagement, content effectiveness and SEO rankings.
Set appropriate goals, timelines, and paths to improving each component of the program.
Partner with content product teams and product to create content tailored to each phase of the user journey.
Perform ongoing keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search engines and markets. Partner with the analytics team to create and deliver SEO performance reports, and provide actionable insights to other marketing channels and internal stakeholders.
Build a roadmap of experiments and initiatives to drive organic traffic, engagement, leads and pipeline.
Provide ongoing and thorough competitive analysis and ensure ForgeRock is maintaining authority across key business units and keyword themes.
Stay abreast on top trends, best practices, and algorithms to continually develop winning strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on content and SEO experience, preferably with a large scale B2B SaaS organization.
Product / project management experience with demonstrated success in managing website and SEO projects to achieve strong results.
Track record of cross functional role management.
Deep understanding of search optimization tactics, both content and technical, and the impact of each tactic.
Strong content management and creation skills.
Proficiency with website analytics and SEO measurement tools such as Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Sitebulb, BrightEdge, SearchMetrics, etc.
Proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion and review.
Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
