About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Recruiting Manager to lead our non-technical recruiting team at Fetch. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling and managing a team of recruiters focused on hiring top talent across Sales, Marketing, Finance, People Experience, Operations and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. You will leverage your deep expertise in talent acquisition to develop hiring strategies, build strong relationships with business leaders, and create a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Develop the Recruiting Team: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters, focusing on skill development, performance, and career growth.
- Drive Business Hiring Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to craft and execute tailored recruiting strategies for key business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, People Experience, and GTM roles.
- Optimize Recruiting Processes: Continuously refine and improve recruiting processes, leveraging technology and data to ensure efficiency and a consistent, positive candidate experience.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners, providing market insights, talent availability data, and best practices to meet hiring needs effectively.
- Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience, providing clear communication, timely updates, and a welcoming introduction to Fetch’s culture.
- Leverage Data and Insights: Utilize key recruiting metrics and analytics to track team performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Provide actionable reporting to leadership and hiring teams.
- Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Lead efforts to attract a diverse talent pool and foster inclusive hiring practices, partnering with business leaders to implement strategies that prioritize equity.
- Stay Informed on Market Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends, new recruiting tools, and best practices to refine and elevate our talent acquisition approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in business recruiting, with at least 5 years in a management role leading and developing a team of recruiters.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing recruiting teams. A track record of building strong team dynamics and leading with empathy.
- Strategic Focus: Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies aligned with company goals.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building trust and credibility with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Operational Excellence: Skilled in process optimization, with experience utilizing data and technology to streamline recruiting operations and improve outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficient in using recruiting metrics and analytics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and drive decisions.
- Diversity Advocate: Commitment to building diverse teams and implementing inclusive hiring practices.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating a proactive approach and resilience when faced with new challenges.
