The Celonis Ecosystem team is dedicated to supporting our partnerships, playing a pivotal role in our company's growth strategy. Our objective is to position the Celonis platform in the hands of every consultant, and the Ecosystem team, specifically the Partner Acceleration team, is instrumental in driving partnership activation. This involves strategically embedding Celonis into the offerings of our partners on a large scale.

Our overarching mission is to influence Celonis' growth trajectory by fostering self-sufficiency among our partners. We aim to cultivate advocates for the Celonis platform within our partner network, enabling them to deliver substantial value to our shared customers and contribute to the exponential scaling of Celonis.

The Role:

As the Ecosystem AI Lead, you will:

  • drive AI strategy, planning and execution for Celonis partners  
  • define how Celonis can solve AI (Gen AI ++) topics for partners 
  • be the evangelist and primary SME to the partners on Celonis AI capabilities
  • be the “Voice of the partner” to Celonis on AI product requirements, Use Cases, and co-innovation opportunities
  • Play an integral role in shifting narrative from past successes to existing & future product enhancements 
  • Help drive incremental commercial success for our consulting partners
  • responsible for identifying opportunities and developing proposals to update the existing AI roadmap and broader Product Strategy to drive higher partner value from the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform 
  • Supports ongoing partner conversations and discovery sessions focused on AI & GenAI and responsible for rolling out new Celonis AI-based capabilities at scale to target partners

You are our partners’ trusted advisor, aligning our capabilities to their strategic goals and embedding the Celonis platform into their offerings for the industry. You will blend deep process and industry expertise with a proven consulting skill set with strong analytical skills and are not scared of being at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the world. You enjoy not only excelling in business processes knowledge, but also the hands-on experience of knowing the software capabilities to put your advice into action

The work you’ll do:

Ensure Celonis adoption by our partners

  • Act as a product advisor to partners’ C-Suite and practice leaders, sharing a compelling joint vision leading to partners committing to building new practices and offerings based on Celonis' technologies
  • Set GTM activation priorities & drive activation of Celonis into partner service offerings and methodologies for a portfolio of strategic partners 
  • Co-develop joint solution offerings, platform innovations and partner apps to enable scalable adoption within the partner ecosystem
  • Align partners’ technology roadmaps and services with Celonis’ technology and ensure partner is ready to bring new solutions to the market 
  • Provide pre-sales support and coaching for joint strategic lighthouse opportunities 

Influence Business Application Development

  • Working with field and Marketing teams on messaging, positioning, and campaigns across all industries, you directly influence business application development, innovation as well as corporate growth
  • Provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases

The qualifications you need:

In addition to your strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to interact directly with partners and customers, you’ll possess the following….

  • Have gained 5+ equivalent years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or Technology Consulting within large strategy or management consulting firms 
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with Technical, Business, and C Level stakeholders, able to effectively influence them in an advisory capacity
  • Familiarity with AI use cases and capability to help customers and internal stakeholders clearly define AI use cases end-to-end
  • Have strong business acumen and ideally already an understanding of different industries, their processes and key KPIs
  • Have experience in consultative approaches with solving your customer's business challenges and have a track record of successfully overcoming technical objections
  • Think analytically, work in a structured manner and can quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships
  • Are able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders
  • Are passionate about making Customers & Partners successful
  • Are self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire partner growth
  • Have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Information-oriented Business Administration, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
  • Have very good knowledge of spoken and written English, any additional language is a plus

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
