The Team:

Product marketing at Celonis is strategic, scrappy, and tight-knit. We value leading with empathy in our interactions, working closely with each other and other teams (often deliberately delivering projects as mini teams or co-leads of two), giving back together, and making things as simple as possible.

The Role:

We’re looking for someone who loves products and wants to spend their time thinking about, talking about, and working on positioning them. In this role, you’ll be a member of the solutions product marketing team.

Product marketing at Celonis is focused on four pillars: defining and executing product positioning, messaging, and launches, enabling and supporting the go-to-market and marketing teams, informing product strategy, and driving product adoption and success.

What you’ll work on:

  • Support the product marketing team in creating positioning documents by working closely with our product and sales teams.
  • Support planning product and solution sessions for our user conference Celosphere.
  • Support planning our product launches and getting different deliverables in place (e.g. pitch decks, demos, demo scripts)
  • Create slides and pitch decks to position our products for our sales teams.
  • Support sales enablement by creating slides that provide updates on our newest products and solutions.
  • Support cross-functional project and stakeholder management.
  • Support internal and external communications via different channels like newsletters, webinars, blogposts, and more.

The qualifications you need:

  • Master's degree or MBA student in a quantitative, business, economics, or marketing degree.
  • Practical experience in previous internships in tech companies or consultancies preferred with a track record of delivering measurable results and successful projects.
  • Intellectual curiosity with an innate desire to learn and master market dynamics, customer stories, and competitive advantage.
  • Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
  • “Do-er” who digs into new topics quickly and works collaboratively across different departments.
  • Agile and team-oriented, able to give and receive feedback, change tack, and collaborate with a team to achieve a goal.
