You will:

  • Leverage data to perform intensive analysis on digital marketing among other channels to help decision makers to maximize campaigns’ ROI and support budget allocation. 
  • Generate and execute on ideas for exploratory analysis to shape future marketing projects and provide recommendations for actions. 
  • Develop measurement tools, such as dashboards and reports to regularly communicate results and monitor key metrics like spent and conversions related to marketing campaigns and channels performance. 
  • Develop deep understanding of problems and market opportunities, transform it to numbers and insights, and communicate them to senior management. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Digital, Brand, Paid Offline to consolidate marketing analytics. 

 

Our Ideal candidate has:

  • Great alignment with our principles, we take this very seriously.
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
  • Master degree on Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related will be a plus
  • Master degree or certificates on Digital Marketing are a big plus
  • At least 2 years on specific digital marketing related experience
  • Working experience as a Data Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing attribution modeling
  • Proven results on digital marketing ROI increases (not necessarily as decision maker)
  • Proficient in writing and understanding complex SQL and working with large data sets
  • Working knowledge of Superset/Tableau/Qlik/PowerBI or any other data visualization tool
  • Knowledge and experience in programming languages such as Python is welcome
  • Optional: Product Analytics experience with Amplitude/Mixpanel
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
