You will:

  • Define B2C value proposition and strategic plan 
  • Create, communicate & execute Cabify B2C growth strategy to increase market penetration 
  • Responsible for performance against key top-line and bottom-line KPIs
  • Build and understand new and existing customers, providing an exceptional service 
  • Analyze potential opportunities for market expansion
  • Identify and implement actions to accelerate growth and improve profitability 
  • Plan budget and manage spend on B2C growth initiatives
  • Manage and mentor a  talented growth team developing a result-oriented mindset even when exploring new opportunities and the uncertainty is higher
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization - local & global teams
  • Dedicate approximately 10%-15% of your working time traveling to LATAM to work closely with local teams
  • Create a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation

Our Ideal candidate has:

  • Great alignment with our principles, we take this very seriously. 
  • 15+ years of B2C leadership positions, consulting, entrepreneurship experience
  • Strategic mindset & leadership skills to launch and scale initiatives that can significantly accelerate revenue growth
  • Understanding of marketplace dynamics and the role of pricing in two-sided marketplaces
  • Strong background in managing local and global teams 
  • Superior communication and relational skills, enabling effective knowledge sharing and influencing decision-making across diverse teams
  • Initiative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change
  • Hands-on and continuous delivery attitude.
