About the position:
At Cabify we’re looking for a Head of Digital Growth to create and drive the company's growth plan for acquiring and retain the key 3 audiences (rider, driver, corporate clientes) through digital channels ( display, search, social, and more)
How will you help us achieve our mission?
  • Set strategy and priorities for all teams working on user acquisition with specific goals and metrics
  • Paid acquisition: own paid acquisition goals, strategy and execution across all channels (display, search, social, and more), manage the internal team and external agencies we work with.
  • Track and analyze results to identify optimization opportunities to increase conversion and new users to boost the performance of the digital channels across 11 different geographies
  • Collaborate with the data science, engineering and product teams to improve performance at every step of the funnel
  • Optimize marketing spend across key channels, test new channels, and iterate quickly across all channels (online and offline), audiences and markets.
  • Research and test new user acquisition channels to diversify sources of traffic
  • Manage and optimize the design, content, layout, customer segmentation and messaging strategies of all online acquisition communications.
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams to develop campaigns, briefs, effective designs and landing experiences.
What we’re looking for:
  • 6+ years in a user acquisition role for mobile games or apps in growing companies
  • Advanced Excel skills, familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau. Experience working with SQL or other database a plus
  • A strong understanding + hands-on experience of acquisition marketing operations, platforms, and technology, including A/B testing, ad serving tools, and attribution systems
  • Fluent in English as well as either Spanish and Portuguese (we will interview you in both languages).
  • 3+ years experience managing a team of direct reports
  • Ability to conduct research and competitive analysis (market size, benchmarks, trends, opportunities, customer needs and expectations, etc)
  • Understand that both volume and cost are critical when driving growth and consistently exceed expectations in both directions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with significant autonomy and independence
