Oversee REACH (ex Serv) platforms publisher reporting & analytical services: monitor and guide the company in areas of reporting, campaign Management and analytics related questions and queries for reach platform. Train and guide a team that produces daily, weekly, and monthly business analysis and reports to clients, presenting findings and business recommendations. Conduct QBRs (quarterly business reviews) with key clients preparing and presenting business analysis and insights to drive customer success objectives.
Provide reporting and business analysis to internal teams including sales, product, marketing, engineering, and finance: provide market Insights (client performance analysis, inventory forecasts, campaign analysis) to marketing. Provide revenue reporting and analytical support to finance for month-to-end closing, invoicing and budget planning. Analyze and aggregate publisher audience data sets to provide media space availability analysis to sales. Conduct business analysis and reporting to c-level executives upon requests.
Oversee advertising campaign management and analytical processes providing analysis and insights to internal teams: train and guide a team that manages, monitors and measures advertising campaigns ensuring campaign delivery and revenue development are on pace with clients’ targets. Provide pricing forecasts and media space availability analysis to sales to support campaign negotiations and renewals. Participate in weekly leadership meeting and internal QBRs (quarterly business reviews) presenting performance analysis and revenue forecasts to c-level executives.
Develop Broadsign’s BI capabilities together with product and engineering: define internal and external BI tool requirements and current performance gaps finding ways to improve and automate bi processes. Present internal and external BI tool requirements to product and engineering to ensure that REACH’s BI capabilities are in line with client requirements and industry standards. Participate in the prioritization of BI tool product development roadmap.
Own publisher integration process from start to finish. Oversee and coordinate technical integration process of each new reach client. Analyze and manipulate publisher clients’ audience data sets for campaign impression calculations.
