What to expect :

The R&D department is at the center of the action at Broadsign.

Your main focus will be to ensure our applications meet the highest level of quality; from defining acceptance criteria to writing and improving automation test suites. You’ll get to participate in sprints where you’ll be encouraged to share your ideas and knowledge with your team. Basically, you’ll be working in a dynamic and peer-driven environment where you’ll play with all the latest and greatest hardware and software!

What you need to perform in this job :

  • Experience working with Object Oriented Languages like C# (.net core) or Java
  • Wicked problem-solving & analytical skills; you’re always thinking outside the box and trying to find new ways to solve old problems
  • Passion for QA and its expanding role in software development
  • Experience Writing testable code and be familiar with TDD
  • A good understanding of REST APIs

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
