BioMed Realty is looking for a talented Market Research Analyst to join our team and contribute to our market research and finance function.  As an analyst, you will be responsible for tasks such as data aggregation, trend analysis, and preparation of materials/presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and monitor life science real estate market level and industry data
    • Collect data through interacting with internal and external teams across markets and other digital platforms
    • Manage data in a centralized and organized format
  • Support business development and portfolio planning with research and market trend analysis
  • Effectively share results via written and verbal communication, new and recurring reports, and presentations
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies
  • Other ad hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management team
  • Utilizing Excel and PowerPoint, in support of above efforts

 Skills/Experience

  • BA/BS with strong performance in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Up to 2 years of commercial real estate, real estate finance, corporate finance, financial reporting, FP&A, portfolio reporting, and/or research/data analytics experience preferred. Experience with large datasets a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organized and thoughtful with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly convey technical information orally and in written correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple active deadlines, and adapt readily to changing priorities
  • Desire to learn from others and problem solve

This position offers a hybrid work model, which includes 4 days in office and 1 day remotely. Hybrid work may be modified based on the needs of the company.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider location, experience, and other job-related factors.
