We are looking for an experienced manager to support the company’s portfolio reporting function, which includes delivering leasing results, conducting portfolio analysis, preparing investor reporting materials, and supervising analysts, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship.

This position offers a hybrid work model, which includes 4 days in office and 1 day remotely. Hybrid work may be modified based on the needs of the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the generation, consolidation and analysis of portfolio leasing results
  • Assist in the preparation, aggregation, reporting and analysis of portfolio performance and other supplemental information
  • Manage the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting materials to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate and plan for the timely and accurate delivery of monthly and quarterly portfolio results
  • Manage multiple analysts, providing guidance and leadership for production of recurring and ad hoc deliverables, helping to set goals and develop skills for staff

Job Specifications

  • 6+ years of financial and/or portfolio reporting, corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial real estate experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business administration; public REIT experience a plus
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple active deadlines and able to adapt to and proactively communicate changing priorities
  • Organized and thoughtful with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly convey technical information orally and in written correspondence, reports and presentations

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining pay, we’ll consider location, experience, and other job-related factors.
