Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Set up and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify challenges, and gather project requirements.
  • Comprehend the program's requirements thoroughly and document precise and detailed business needs, including crafting process flows.
  • Act as an intermediary between stakeholders and team members to ensure a clear understanding of the business vision.
  • Operate in both Agile and traditional Waterfall environments while actively supporting deliverable creation and delivery.
  • Consistently document and distribute meeting minutes, decisions, and action items to team members.
  • Oversee and administer the Business Intelligence (BI) environment, ensuring data import, availability, accuracy, and overall performance are effectively managed.
  • Analyze data extracted from various sources, validate accuracy, and work with the BI team to resolve data integrity issues.
  • Foster collaboration throughout the organization and with external customers to comprehend reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Assist with installation, upgrade, and configuration of databases.
  • Support product launches and upgrades.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary to ensure BI system availability, effectiveness, efficiency, and security.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Industry Standard Certificate in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases and comprehending the interconnections among various data sources.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, and SQL or similar scripting language.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies.
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures of varying complexity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and the business value of solutions clearly.
  • Initiative, adaptability, and innovative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment while effectively managing time and priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Finance and/or Accounting principles.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $94,000 per year + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining pay, we’ll consider location, experience, and other job-related factors.
