The role

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Operations, the Global CRM & Marketing Automation Manager will be an instrumental member of the Global Marketing & Communications team. An advocate of CRM and Marketing Automation strategies, and a Hubspot expert, this role will work with global and local teams to build out effective CRM nurture strategies leading to a well developed scouting pipeline. 


  • Act as the primary global administrator and point of contact of our HubSpot instance and contact database including the creation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboard development, and data flow management
  • Manage key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Ensure data governance and privacy compliance are strictly adhered to across all markets
  • Work closely with global and local teams to measure and drive adoption of standardised CRM and Marketing Automation tools and processes in order to increase best practice adoption, efficiency and knowledge sharing across all markets
  • Internally educate and evangelise the adoption and optimisation of CRM & Marketing Automation strategies as a key marketing and scouting channel for Antler 
  • Develop training for new and existing team members to help increase adoption of Hubspot platform across core marketing activities 
  • Work with broader marketing team to hit agreed OKRs and define KPIs measuring the success of acquisition campaigns


To succeed in this role, you ideally will:

  • Have 3 - 5 years of experience developing marketing communication and engagement programs
  • Have strong HubSpot experience, including marketing, sales, and customer relationship management. Hubspot Certified an advantage.
  • Have strong project management skills.
  • Proven HTML and CSS knowledge is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working across global markets is preferred, but not required
