Are you an exceptional business leader, angel investor, startup founder, venture capitalist, ecosystem builder, or operator? Are you deeply involved with startups, innovations, and the tech ecosystem in the Benelux region? Do you have an extensive network and visibility in your target industry?

Then we are looking for you!

At Antler in the Benelux, we are building a network of Scouts, to help us discover and connect with the strongest Founders and early-stage startups in the region.

As a Venture Scout, you will support us in sourcing and connecting with strong Founders and early-stage startups from the pre-ideation stage (day 0) to the seed stage. It will be your role to identify the most exceptional people in your network and enable them to realize their potential by having them join our cohorts. This means understanding what makes an exceptional entrepreneur; drive, grit, and spike; understanding how Antler supports people through its ten-week cohorts; and understanding the performance of those entrepreneurs we’ve already backed to learn new signals. 

About Antler

Antler is a global early-stage Venture Capital Investor. We invest from the earliest possible stage (day- 0) pre-ideation, up to Series C.

As Day-0 investors, we invest in tech startups through direct investments as well as through our cohorts. Since we started in Singapore in 2017 we have grown globally to over 25 locations worldwide, have supported 5,000+ founders through our cohorts, and invested in 600+ startups.

• build a network of peers, founders, and other ecosystem players to support your efforts and journey

About You

You have a strong exposure to entrepreneurship, technology and / or investments. You will be a gifted networker, with a clear connection and demonstrable value add to talented, determined, and resilient people. We are seeking scouts from different networks, so you can either identify with any of the following categories:

• You are a one time startup founder or a serial entrepreneur 
• You are an Angel Investors or a former Venture Capitalist, or in another capacity well embedded in the Benelux startup ecosystem
• You are an experienced Technical leader, you have taken up roles as Engineering Manager or CTO with tech startups or scale-ups. 
• You are working in Academia with Post-Doc or MBA students. 

Additionally, we are seeking

• Excellent communicators
• People who are always on top of the latest tech trends and have a genuine passion to build next-generation products
• Driven and hungry individuals that are passionate about startups and connecting with the leaders of tomorrow

Selection Process

We are engaging scouts on a rolling basis, intending to hold introductory chats and a group interview day sometime in May. We will onboard 2-3 scouts initially.
