The role:

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Operations, the Digital Marketing Manager will be an instrumental member of the Global Marketing & Communications team. While maintaining a core focus across social media and digital campaign management, you will be involved in all elements of the global marketing function—helping to manage our global brand, defining data-driven campaign execution, producing high-quality content across external and internal channels, working closely and global and local teams; and presenting Antler as the most compelling place on the planet to build a company from day zero.

Responsibilities:

  • Support global and local marketing strategy and execution: 
    • Partner and collaborate closely with our global and local marketing teams to drive influence through high-performing social media strategy and integrated campaigns, creating narratives that drive commerce, connections and conversion across all channels.
  • Define and manage Antler’s organic social media strategy: 
    • Lead and execute day-to-day Antler global Social Media strategy. 
    • This will include: Building strong relationships with local markets, sourcing shareable content from across the business, maintaining multiple corporate social media channels, A/B content and creative testing, contributing to crisis communications where required and reporting against key performance metrics.
  • Digital & Social Marketing Best Practice 
    • Be an expert and go-to point of contact for digital and social marketing best practices for the local markets. 
    • Provide ongoing training and documentation to support best in class global strategies
    • Be data-driven and encourage adoption of data-driven marketing strategies across all markets
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns
    • Where relevant, work closely with global and local cross-functional teams for the seamless execution of integrated campaigns -  including performance, CRM, analytics, website support
    • Ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives, performance targets, and target audience.
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against key metrics.
    • A knowledge of performance media, specifically LinkedIn is beneficial
  • Additional responsibilities:
    • Ensure alignment with overall marketing and business strategies.
    • Work with broader marketing team to hit agreed OKRs and define KPIs measuring the success of 
    • Provide insights and feedback to improve lead generation and nurturing processes.
    • Cross-organizational Collaboration:

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience.
  • Solid experience in digital marketing strategy and implementation, including building engaged communities, social media optimization, content marketing, web content. 
  • Experience in managing organic social media.
  • Strong understanding of the current social and digital media ecosystem, the latest online behavior trends, as well as existing and emerging technology. 
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software, including working knowledge of Hootsuite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating and building relationships across a range of time zones.
  • Experience working with and/or an interest in tech companies and the startup ecosystem.
