Anaplan are looking for a motivated PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER to work in an autonomous Agile team with an emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and honesty. Your Impact
- You will primarily be looking after the data presentation layer in our core calculation technology engine, working on Anaplan's Data Layer: High-volume, high-capacity, high-availability, high-performance big data
- The team is a high performance autonomous team, taking responsibility for designing and developing feature changes

More About You
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to craft well architected and easy to reason about applications regardless of the “tier”.
- Expertise writing scalable backend micro-services using the JVM with Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- You will have a strong focus on writing tests and will have a clear view of how and why different kinds of tests should be developed and run.
- Experience using deployment tools/technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Chef or Puppet is advantageous.
