The Strategic Finance team is looking for a highly-motivated candidate to join our team and play a crucial role as we set direction for the company, scale our business, and build an amazing culture. This role requires someone who has excellent analytical capabilities, strong communication skills, an ability to approach strategic decisions in a structured and data-driven way, and collaborative tact to work cross-functionally on the company’s top priorities. What you'll do

  • Build detailed financial models from scratch to enable business planning and strategic decision making
  • Develop an approval framework to assess the strategic and financial implications of our largest deals
  • Support executive-level decision making with thorough deal ROI analysis
  • Conduct contribution margin analysis to understand account profitability over time
  • Deep-dive into GTM efficiency to support future investment decisions
  • Own creation of key analyses for quarterly Board meetings
  • Establish excellent cross-functional relationships with Customer Engagement, Marketing, and Data teams
  • Remain flexible and willing to wear multiple hats in support of high importance, ad hoc leadership requests

Who you are

  • 2+ year of experience in one of: corporate/strategic finance, sales strategy & operations, investment banking, or consulting
  • Highly-motivated, self-starter who remains flexible in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment 
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience building financial models and forecasts
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills to facilitate strategic decision making
  • Collaborative working style with an ability to consider all stakeholder needs
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce and SQL a plus
