We are seeking an experienced operator to take on a pivotal role in driving our global enablement and go-to-market efforts within the EMEA region.  As a member of the Revenue Strategy & Operations organization, this position will not only oversee the development and execution of global enablement & GTM programs but also ensure their alignment with the unique requirements of the EMEA market.  The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, customer success, product, marketing, and strategy, to ensure adoption and execution of our GTM strategy.  The successful Field Training & GTM Programs Manager will be equally comfortable delivering trainings as well as program managing complex, cross-functional, projects.  Please Note: This is an IC position

What you'll do

  • Lead regional field enablement efforts: Develop and execute a comprehensive field enablement strategy for the EMEA region aimed at enhancing regional sales productivity, while ensuring alignment with global strategies
  • Design and deliver novel training programs: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful training programs for field teams on topics including product knowledge, sales skills, competitive positioning and internal processes.
  • Manage the execution of critical GTM Programs: Lead the coordination and execution of GTM programs in partnership with our Strategy team as well as cross-functional leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and others.
  • Generate operational insights: Utilize revenue data analysis, customer interactions, and close collaboration with go-to-market teams to gain insights into regional dynamics and formulate seller-focused strategies for enhancing productivity.

Who you are

  • 10+ years of total work experience, ideally in management consulting, sales, training or enablement (can include teaching non-sales concepts)
  • Experience presenting day-long or multi-day trainings to groups of 20+ learners
  • Experience developing dynamic training curriculums
  • Experience and desire to work cross-functionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communicator
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20-40% of the time (post-Covid)
  • Willingness and ability to go into our London office 4x a week
  • BA/BS degree is required
  • Bonus points:
    • Experience working at a software-as-a-service company
    • Excited to tackle large ambiguous challenges that you haven’t tackled before
    • Has held a quota-carrying sales role at a high-growth software company
    • Certified as a trainer in our sales methodology - “Command of the Message”
    • Knowledge of marketing operations and/or product operations
