The Role

We are currently seeking a Client Support Analyst to join our Client Support Team! - Support Analysts play a critical role in supporting some of the world’s most sophisticated investors and helping them run their businesses through Addepar. They will assist Addepar’s diverse client base with day-to-day usage of the software and ensure that our clients get the most value out of the software.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage technical and industry expertise to address client questions within the Addepar application
  • Provide 1:1 guidance, training, and support to resolve issues and ensure client success in using the application
  • Build and retain a detailed working understanding of the application and its various dependencies: from data ingestion and processing to key functions of each feature and calculation in the software
  • Understand and dissect complex data sets to identify and provide consultative solutions to client issues
  • Ensure client success through coordinating with Solutions Architects and Implementation Project Managers in facilitating seamless transitions from implementation to post-implementation phase of the client life cycle.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to conduct root-cause analysis and drive optimal solutions for our clients
  • Proactively communicate client escalations to Leadership and Account Management teams
  • Prioritize and context-switch effectively to execute on simultaneous cases, seeing each through to the finish line
  • Be an expert on all things Addepar

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Math or Technology
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented and self-driven.
  • Possess strong ability to think critically and analytically
