What's the opportunity?

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Consultant with strong marketing background and experience to join our Marketing Professional Services team with the objective to help our customers drive revenue growth and transform their business by leveraging the capabilities of the Zenoti platform.
  • As a digital marketing consultant, you will work with Zenoti’s customers and help them adopt our marketing capabilities and features within our platform.
  • You will interact with customers to understand their requirements and drive digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to help them meet or exceed their revenue targets through new customer acquisitions and repeat business with existing customers. In short, you will be the owner of a digital marketing Managed Service offering.

What will I be doing?

  • Understand the business problem that a customer is facing, analyze data to understand insights, and create digital marketing recommendations for all social and digital platforms.
  • Track and monitor key KPIs for each customer to drive incremental revenue.
  • Assist customers with quantitative and qualitative data insights from marketing campaigns and devise ways to improve campaign performance.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the Zenoti platform including product setup and usage to drive implementation and demonstrate business results
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

What skills do I need?

  • At least 1+ years of experience working in digital marketing space/consulting
  • Strong team player who is self-driven and independent.
  • Has experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS company.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in the Digital Marketing space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing technologies including SEO, Google analytics tag manager, FB Pixel, Email/SMS Marketing, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML will be a plus.
  • Having an MBA will be added bonus
