What will I be doing?

    1. Develop and execute comprehensive retention and succession plans to ensure the organization has the right talent to achieve its short and long-term goals.
    2. Design and deliver leadership and manager development programs to strengthen the leadership bench and cultivate a pipeline of future leaders within the organisation.
    3. Forecast workforce needs and implement strategies to address skill gaps and talent shortages in collaboration with the functional heads. 
    4. Implement and strengthen performance management processes to drive employee engagement, productivity, and development.
    5. Provide guidance and support to managers in setting OKRs, conducting quarterly check-ins, performance evaluations, and identifying employee development needs.
    6. Research new developments in organizational productivity practices to make recommendations on investment in capacity building and/or tech augmentation to support human effort.
    7. Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding appropriate metrics and measures in our talent processes.

What Skills/Competencies do I need?

    1. 16-20 years of experience in the Human Resource function, with 10+ years of experience in Talent Management. 
    2. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing long-term talent development, succession planning, and workforce forecasting strategies aligned with organizational objectives
    3. Prover track record of effectively collaborating with department heads, leadership teams, and stakeholders to identify talent needs, address skill haps, and implement talent management strategies. 
    4. Extensive experience in designing and implementing performance management processes that drive employee engagement, productivity, and development, ensuring fairness and accuracy
    5. Strong background in providing guidance and support to managers in setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and identifying employee development needs through effective coaching and mentoring
    6. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering leadership and manager development programs to cultivate a pipeline of future leaders and strengthen the leadership bench within the organization
    7. Proven ability to conduct research, stay abreast of industry trends, and analyse data to make informed recommendations on investments in capacity building and technology augmentation.
    8. Track record of driving initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by integrating appropriate metrics and measures into talent processes and collaborating with department heads to improve DEI metrics.
    9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through effectively communicating with stakeholders, conducting awareness sessions, and presenting recommendations to leadership teams.
    10. Strong problem-solving skills evidenced by the ability to identify talent-related challenges, analyse root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
    11. Proven experience managing change initiatives related to talent development, succession planning, and performance management, navigating resistance and driving adoption effectively.
