YipitData specializes in analyzing alternative data for institutional investors.  We’re a growing team of 100+ employees with a client base that includes the largest institutional investors in the world.

We’re looking to add a Recruiter to our lean People Ops team who can help us scale our ability to bring the industry’s best talent in the door quickly. Our new recruiter will focus on ensuring the talent pipeline is filled with well-matched and diverse candidates while providing a first-class experience that keeps them excited.

In this role, you will:

  • Review incoming resumes and screen candidates to identify the top candidates to move forward;
  • Source outstanding talent, keeping the pipelines active and reducing time to hire;
  • Network with passive candidates, expanding the reach of our brand;
  • Manage our best in class candidate experience through Greenhouse, from application to offer with proactive communication;
  • Partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and the People Ops team to fit the hiring process to real team needs.

As an ideal candidate:

  • You have some experience with agency or sourced recruiting - ie, hunting down the best candidate for the job and selling them on the opportunity;
  • You enjoy networking and developing relationships;
  • You have outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy;
  • You have an eye for detail and can manage many parallel processes going on at the same time;
  • You are always looking for ways to improve your own skills and the processes you work with;
  • You are excited to own the relationship with a candidate through their entire interviewing experience.
