About The Role:

We are looking for a relationship driven and self-motivated Senior Business Development Associate who will join our team to become a core contributor to our fast-growing APAC business. 

You’ll take ownership of a book of business and be responsible for both its offensive and defensive game plans. On the defensive end, you will work closely with our Client Strategy team to stay connected to our clients’ needs, taking point on design and implementation of revenue retention initiatives. On the offensive end, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales process for new opportunities to work with our existing clients: 

  • Identifying high-probability accounts. 
  • Identifying key personnel in high-probability accounts.
  • Initiating sales campaigns with targeted accounts to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and execute on flow-of-engagement to facilitate opportunity discovery.
  • Identifying potential sale opportunities for possible products, and deal size. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize outcomes of opportunities.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

  • You are a passionate revenue professional with 3+ years of experience.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a hunter role or 3+ years in a hybrid hunter/gatherer role.
  • You have professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • You have a keen interest in equity research and data analysis.
  • You are a critical thinker that frequently asks insightful questions to figure out “why?”.
  • Have a "can-do" attitude where you set your mind on an objective and adopt a “figure-it-out” approach. 
  • You are fearless in attempting new problem-solving approaches.
  • You instinctively assume ownership of tasks and are committed to making things happen. 
  • You enjoy investing in the growth and success of the people around you and go out of your way to help your peers realize their objectives. 
  • You find positive aspects of seemingly negative or unfamiliar situations.
  • You are inherently supportive of team members in the face of adversity.
  • You are constantly seeking out areas of self-improvement and are persistent in the face of difficult challenges.
