Yext is seeking an innovative, results-oriented sales enablement professional to lead our EMEA Revenue Enablement program. You will be a key partner to our revenue leadership team and work cross-functionally to uncover opportunities to drive increased sales productivity and create a culture of learning across the region.

In this role, you’ll work closely with EMEA revenue leadership to build, maintain, and manage a world-class sales training and enablement program. Working as part of a global Enablement team, you will build upon our global framework and own the programming calendar for EMEA.

Some travel will be required.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, design and communicate the enablement calendar for EMEA; act as key project operator for all enablement programming in EMEA
  • Use data to design and inform enablement programming and report on its effectiveness
  • Design and execute role-specific new hire programs to layer on top of our Global Revenue Bootcamp
  • Identify and share learnings and best practices across the region in a structured way
  • Communicate enablement strategies, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics to stakeholders and enablement participants
  • Collaborate and partner cross-functionally globally with Product Strategy, Marketing, Customer Success & Sales Operations
  • Lead result-driven continuous learning program across EMEA

What You Have

  • BA/BS Degree or a similar college level education
  • 5+ years work experience in a software sales, sales enablement, or a sales-adjacent role
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Skilled at aligning to business leaders and managing shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability & proven track record at defining and managing project priorities and timelines to achieve results
  • Executive presence and proven ability to establish credibility with senior leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to get large groups excited about and committed to new initiatives
  • Enjoys thinking both strategically and tactically to address business challenges
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and provide the right level of detail to your audience

Bonus Points

  • Ability to speak and write in German and French fluently and idiomatically
  • Experience working within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with reporting in Salesforce and/or Tableau
