The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager at Vimeo will be the primary B2B marketing operations expert, administrator, trainer, and power-user at the company.
Their focus will be architecting and building the operations, analytics, and reporting engine that will drive our B2B and enterprise marketing programs as we scale. You will build new processes and use best practices and data to empower a fast-growing team of marketing talent that acquires, engages and retains business customers.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, data-driven marketing operations leader with an aptitude for developing technical solutions across the marketing / sales funnel, creating efficiencies and driving results. Your work will allow the entire B2B marketing team to optimize campaigns, measure performance, target investment, forecast results, and resonate in the market.
What you’ll do:
- Optimize and automate the B2B lead-to-qualified-pipeline process
- Own the B2B marketing tech stack and integrations, conduct best practices training for marketing and sales development on tools, benchmarks
- Develop an implementation plan for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) / vertical targeting across marketing and sales
- Architect dashboards, attribution models, and tools to maintain accountability
- Lead channel and pipeline analysis to continuously optimize efforts
- Lead evaluation process for potentially new marketing technology, integrations and data collection in partnership with demand generation and sales
- Develop appropriate lead scoring and multi-touch attribution paradigms in partnership with demand generation and analytics teams that predictably drive pipeline growth
- Build advanced marketing programs in Marketo with complex workflows, including dynamic email copy / personalization, scoring, routing, and testing / experimentation
- Experiment and test on-site personalization and form optimization / progressive profiling
- Lead A/B & multivariate testing
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- 5-7 years’ experience creating and implementing proven successful marketing operations initiatives and strategy; Related marketing experience in growth-oriented organizations
- HTML and Marketo email development proficiency and passion
- Mastery of technology-based marketing stacks including landing page development, marketing automation software, email nurturing flows, integrations, and ABM
- Passion for problem solving and creating solutions
- Ability to present analysis and insights with clarity and confidence
- Can-do execution-oriented attitude and not afraid to take risks
