This is an engagement through Upwork’s Hybrid Workforce Solutions (HWS) Team. Our Hybrid Workforce Solutions Team is a global group of professionals that support Upwork’s business. Our HWS team members are located all over the world.


Work/Project Scope:

  • Develop scalable and repeatable metrics across the HR function
  • Create custom Workday reporting/dashboards
  • Excel analysis 
  • BIRT Reporting 
  • Create standardize reporting functionality for self-service
  • Create and manage reporting catalog 
  • Implement reporting nomenclature
  • Support all Functional Reporting requirement (HCM, Compensation, TA, D&I, Payroll, Benefits)

Must Haves (Required Skills):

  • Workday Reporting experience of at least 5 years
  • Ability to create different types of reports from scratch (Simple, Advanced, Matrix, nBox, Search, Composite, Trending etc)
  • Should have a very good understanding of different types of calculated fields and be able to create Multilevel calculated fields.
  • Experienced in reporting architecture.
  • Functional Workday support experience (JIRA tickets processing, etc.)
  • Excel experience (Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience with Prism and advance dashboard analytics would be nice to have
