About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Go-To-Market Enablement Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support our Sales & Customer Success enablement initiatives, working closely with the GTM Enablement Manager to ensure our GTM teams have the tools, resources, and training needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and maintain GTM enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, case studies, one-sheets, and competitive analysis.
  • Training Support: Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs, ensuring that GTM teams are well-equipped with product knowledge, sales/support techniques, and industry insights.
  • Resource Coordination: Enablement tools and technologies including G-suite, Allego, Crayon, Salesloft, Salesforce. 
  • Event Support: Coordinate logistics for events, training sessions, and other GTM-related events.

Key Skillsets / Knowledge Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales enablement, sales, customer success, or related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong ability to present to an audience.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and support multiple teams with different and unique needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales or Customer Success experience is beneficial as that is the audience you will be supporting. 
  • Information Security & Compliance knowledge is a plus, but not required

 

Educational Requirements and Career Experience

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role and startup SaaS experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 plus a performance based bonus
