About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, experienced Healthcare Account Executive to join our growing sales team, with a focus on selling SaaS solutions to healthcare organizations. You will play a critical role in driving the expansion of our cutting-edge compliance and security technology into the healthcare sector, a field where regulatory adherence is paramount. As healthcare companies increasingly prioritize digital transformation, your expertise will help them navigate complex regulatory landscapes, enhance patient care, reduce operational costs, and maintain compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare-specific regulations.

Your healthcare-specific knowledge combined with your SaaS experience will make you a trusted advisor to healthcare executives. You will guide healthcare providers, payers, and other healthcare organizations through the adoption of our full end-to-end security and compliance platform. Your influence will extend beyond closing deals; you will empower organizations to establish more resilient, secure, and compliant operations, driving improvements across the healthcare ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  • Close high five- and six-figure deals in a 6-week to 6-month sales cycle, focusing on healthcare organizations, including providers, payers, and other entities within the healthcare sector.
  • Manage a pipeline of healthcare prospects from a combination of inbound channels, industry-specific referrals, and your own business development efforts.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales operations, and product teams to identify healthcare-specific content, messaging, and enablement tools tailored to the unique challenges of the healthcare industry.
  • Refine and scale healthcare-specific sales processes as we grow, drawing on your experience and insights into the healthcare regulatory environment.
  • Educate healthcare prospects on the value of our end-to-end compliance solution, with a focus on reducing operational risks, streamlining compliance with regulations like HIPAA, and enhancing security measures.

Skillsets/Requirements

  • Proven track record of success closing six-figure deals, ideally selling SaaS solutions to healthcare organizations (providers, payers, or healthcare vendors).
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry's regulatory landscape, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant standards and regulations.
  • Experience selling into healthcare companies with complex procurement processes and long sales cycles.
  • Outstanding communicator with a demonstrated strength in both written and verbal communication, able to translate technical SaaS solutions into impactful benefits for healthcare organizations.
  • Strong business development mindset and strategic thinking in selling into healthcare, particularly around regulatory compliance and security.
  • Ability to run product demos with the support of a technical solutions engineer, delivering value propositions that resonate with healthcare decision-makers.
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver with a get-it-done mentality, unafraid to tackle challenges unique to the healthcare industry.
  • Self-starter with a passion for learning and understanding complex healthcare regulatory and security issues.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail; experienced in managing pipelines and tracking sales activities in a CRM (Salesforce preferred).

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience in compliance, security, or risk management within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience working at a SaaS company serving healthcare organizations, particularly in later-stage companies.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Value-based Selling) as they apply to healthcare decision-making processes.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare who is eager to make a significant impact in the healthcare compliance and security space, while also contributing to the growth of a forward-thinking SaaS company.

Compensation & Perks:

  • The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is between $230,000 - $250,000/yr
  • $105,000 - $150,000 base salary + an uncapped variable

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
