As part of a new rotational Builders Program, we're looking for someone who is passionate about changing the status quo and looking to develop their entrepreneurial tool-kit to make that happen at Tempus. During the Builders Program, you will support business and operational leaders across Tempus business units. You will take on defined projects for roughly 4-6 months, and then rotate to another business unit, problem, or project. This will allow you to gain deep experience in a given business line, while also gaining broader exposure to prepare you to be a leader in the Tempus organization. After your first year at Tempus, you’ll be placed into a permanent position.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage complex, cross-functional execution of key strategic projects and see them through to completion with internal and external stakeholders as the right hand to a Business Unit GM
- Design and/or restructure operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery models
- Identify growth and optimization opportunities and design execution roadmaps
- Ensure progress and alignment of efforts across different teams, identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Partner with Product & Engineering on development of product features
- Accountable for department KPIs
Who You Are
- 5-10 years of operating experience including scaling teams, leading key business initiatives and a track record of exceeding KPIs
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and translate them into concrete action plans
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Curiosity to learn
- Learning agility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment within Tempus
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or healthcare-related field
