ROLE 

We’re looking for a driven EU Senior Account Executive, hungry to work on our institutional clients. If you are passionate about EU communications, are looking to grow, work hard and have fun along the way, this is the next opportunity for you!  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Under the supervision of an Account Director, you assist in managing EU client relationships, responding to day-day needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • You coordinate various online, offline and social projects/campaigns from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning.
  • You help coordinate content development, ensuring alignment with client objectives and EU communication standards.
  • You ensure that the creative team/traffic manager/production manager/media are aligned throughout a project, to meet deadlines and coordinate workflow.
  • You are the media teams’ main contact, partnering with them so they can deliver the best media strategy and sell it to client.
  • You manage the agency’s billing system and are responsible for invoicing issuing PO’s, time tracking, etc;
  • You are responsible for overcoming any difficulties and finding solutions during the project while keeping your Account Director informed throughout.
  • You build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and members of our partner agencies across Europe to bring great ideas and creative work to life.

 

PROFILE 

  • 3-5 years experience in advertising/communications. Previous experience working for EU institutional clients is a plus.
  • A good understanding of the EU environment and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Strong project and time management skills: timings, scopes, budgets.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Strong desire to understand the client’s goals and the major trends shaping institutional communications.
  • Enthusiastic team-player. Curious to grow & learn. Flexible and open to work in an agile environment. Hands-on.
  • Multi-tasker. Resilient.
