Our Opportunity

The Snyk FP&A Team is searching for a Sr. FP&A Business Partner to join our high-impact team. In this pivotal role, you'll become a trusted advisor to senior leadership, wielding financial expertise to shape strategic investments, analyze growth metrics, and drive efficient operations. As part of the FP&A team, you'll play a key role in translating the company's vision into a financial roadmap, ensuring resources are aligned with strategic goals. You'll develop financial models and forecasts, translate complex data into actionable insights, and effectively communicate them to all levels of the organization.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and manage annual operating budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Building and maintaining financial models and analyses to support informed decision-making across the business.
  • Partnering with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide insightful communication to stakeholders.
  • Championing continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation technologies.
  • Analyzing financial data, interpret trends, and translate complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences.
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles for assigned departments.
  • Participating in actuals reporting and reconciliations, partnering with Accounting to close the books.
  • Maintaining a core set of SaaS metrics to track company performance and identify growth opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience developing and managing financial models and conducting financial forecasts.
  • Existing knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Netsuite, Adaptive) to improve our daily routines.
  • A collaborative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools like Excel.

We’d be Lucky if You: 

  • Are experienced with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Have experience applying AI/ML techniques to FP&A processes.
