About the Role:
Singular is searching for a Partner Development Manager to oversee and manage relationships and
spearhead education and create partnership alliances with our key strategic partners in Korea and SEA.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and highly motivated business development leader that has a
proven track record of managing strategic partnerships with Chinese mobile advertising partners. He or
she must have established contacts within the largest ad channels the Korean market (LINE/NHN, Kakao, Daum, etc.) in addition to western strategic partners that have in-region offices in Japan and Korea (Facebook, Twitter, Applovin, AdColony, Tapjoy, etc.) Having a strong technical understanding of how marketing analytics (specifically how mobile attribution solutions work with ad networks and media partners) will be critical to the success of this role.
He or she must have demonstrated history in consistently meeting/exceeding business targets and building strong relationships with target strategic partners. This position will be based in Seoul, Korea (flexibility to work from our Tokyo office) and will initially report to the COO.
Build and oversee partner development with strategic partners in Korea and SEA including the largest media channels and ad networks in-region. Partners will also include mobile-focused agencies.
Meet with key stakeholders within our strategic partners on a regular basis to educate them on the value proposition of Singular and why we should be the preferred partner to recommend for their customers.
Identify potential co-marketing and cross-selling opportunities and partner with marketing and sales team for alignment and execution.
Identify potential product and commercial partnership opportunities.
Provide constant feedback on partnership requirements to both product and engineering teams to ensure that we are delivering against partner requirements
Work closely with COO and the GM of Korea & SEA to build a business plan with clear quarterly targets that aligns to company overarching business and regional goals.
Assist with the review of partner contracts and liaise with legal team to review and edit as needed
5+ years’ experience in the mobile, digital marketing or analytics.
Established relationships with the largest media channel, ad networks and industry partners in Korea and SEA’s mobile app market.
Strong understanding of the mobile marketing and analytics/attribution ecosystem,
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start up environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and impeccable business judgment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
