We are looking for a Global billing & collection specialist who is highly organized, has a keen eye for detail and good knowledge of the billing process in a SAAS startup. In this role you will be responsible for accurate and timely customer invoicing, regular maintenance of billing accounts. This position also supports the AR & Collection team in their activities,managing all billing reconciliation issues globally. If you have strong decision-making skills, and the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment, this is your place.

  • Be a part of the billing team globally, work closely with Finance to manage & build processes & best practices.
  • Assist with the Sales Orders monthly submission and invoicing
  • Process requests for customer data changes & Manage financial reporting
  • Reconcile and register collections from customers globally
  • Align AR aging reports and related deliverables
  • Research and resolve customer accounts discrepancies
  • Ongoing communication with customers, sales reps, business operations, customer success and AR/collection teams.
  • Contribute to the team’s mission to improve data flows, optimize our processes, and ensure accounting output is accurate.

What you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an AR/Billing significant role, as part of the finance team, in a Global high-tech company (SAAS - an advantage)
  • Experience working with NetSuite 
  • Experience with Salesforce 
  • Strong English skills- both in writing and verbal - must
  • Experienced with Excel
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet reporting deadlines
