ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to bring on a driven, consultative Inside Sales Associate to follow up with inbound leads that show interest on our website. You'll be working with small business owners advising them on the best health insurance plan they should sign up for to meet their needs and the needs of their employees. Your main goal is to help eliminate the fear from purchasing health insurance. You will have an incredible impact on people's individual lives. We're in the business of making sure people have access to resources to live healthy lives. This is a heavy phone role, calling warm leads.
You will be the first hire into this role, so you'll be forging an entire new division within our growing start up. This requires someone that highly motivated, creative, and unafraid to try something new.
WHO WOULD BE A GOOD FIT?
Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any relevant field (STEM, business, psychology)
1-3 years of experience in sales role
Understands the sales cycle, how to qualify leads, and closing techniques
Takes a consultative approach to sales
Positive and optimistic personality - you help others see the positive in any situation
Passion for helping people - especially when it comes to their health
Problem solving skills to navigate complicated issues
Work hard - play hard, strong desire to help businesses maximize their health care
